Coil Connection: Screw In

The most common type of connection for vape coils, screw-in coils are threaded and are screwed into a vape tank. They are generally easy to fit and remove, although there is a risk of cross-threading the coil.

If this happens, the coil may not be properly connected to the power supply which can lead to uneven burning around the coil. Cross-threading means the coil can also become stuck in the tank, as well as damaging the thread on the tank and coil.
