When will orders placed today be despatched?
Thursday's Orders
- All orders placed before 10:00 this morning have been (or will be) despatched today and should arrive tomorrow (Friday) via our next-day delivery service.
- For orders placed after 10:00 today (once the server transition is complete), we cannot guarantee same-day despatch due to the ongoing switchover. These will typically be processed on Friday and delivered on Monday.
Our standard next-day cut-off is 13:00 Monday–Thursday — so orders placed early in the day (before any disruptions) have the best chance of next-day delivery. To stay ahead of any future scheduled maintenance that could affect orders, sign up for our email notifications — we'll always warn you in advance!
Will my account, order history, or saved details carry over?
The new website is a completely fresh platform, so accounts are separate from the old site.
Your ordering history and any default account preferences (such as delivery details) will not transfer over.
Addresses & Payments
If you have your default address and payment details saved on your device via your browser settings, you should still be able to autofill your information at our checkout.
Eco Vape does not control or store your payment details; however, you can update your default addresses on your account page after you've registered and signed in to our website.
We recommend activating your account by clicking HERE to unlock your 10% off discount and set up your details again.

Where are my previous orders?
As part of the move to our new system, historic order data could not be transferred across platforms.
Will the payment systems stay the same?
Yes. We are continuing to use Viva Wallet as our payment provider. The checkout process may look slightly different, but your payment experience and security standards remain the same.
Will I have to verify my age again?
Only if you use new details that cannot be matched against public records.
We are continuing to use the same AgeChecked verification system, which relies on the same data sources as before. In most cases, previously verified customers will not need to complete the process again.
