Absolutely. In the UK, TRPR/TPD regulaitons limit the maximum bottle size for liquids containing nicotine to 10ml, which is why most vape liquids come in 10ml bottles.
However, as 100ml shortfill e-liquids do not contain any nicotine, they are not subject to the same bottle size restrictions. Instead, they intentionally leave extra room inside the bottle to combine up to two separate 10ml bottles of nicotine (nic shots) into the liquid for those who prefer to vape with nicotine.
How long an e-liquid lasts depends on a number of factors, such as how often you vape, which device you use and how long each draw/puff is.
However, in terms of how many times you can refill a device with it, you can expect roughly 50-55 refills from a single 100ml e-liquid bottle for the UK standard 2.0ml tank. Remember that you should not let your tank completely run out of e-liquid before refilling or you may burn the coil, so each refill is slightly less than 2.0ml.
If you combine a single 10ml bottle of nicotine shot into the 100ml e-liquid, providing you with 110ml of vape juice in total, you can expect roughly 55-60 refills per bottle.
